Nora`s Kabob Mediterranean Grill in Ellicott City

We used Noras catering for my grandmother's memorial luncheon. Raymond and staff did an amazing job! The food was delicious and flavorful. Raymond made sure he replenished food as needed. I highly recommend Noras for any event.

Been here many times ... never a bad meal ... make a reservation to avoid a wait ... the falafel wrap was especially good tonight, perfectly done; not over-fried

The koobideh kabob was really good. I want to try other kabobs on future visits. Very good service. Lunch special is available for $11 includes choice of kabob 2 sides and rice.

Really really delicious and you get to pick your sides as well a basmati rice bs Greek salad. Their kabob is so good I never wanted to run out!

at first there were no complaints to the restaurant, despite the fact that the prices are high. The last time was 2 months ago, the quality deteriorated, the table and cutlery were dirty, the kebabs were not fresh. With regards to meat, your meat is not fresh, plus it is not halal. Therefore, I STRONGLY ADVISE to STOP LIEING TO CUSTOMERS AND REMOVE THE HALAL SIGN ...

I had the chicken kabob and salad. Excellent taste. My soda didn't have a straw was my only complaint.

You need a better server did not listen to what l want .l believe he needs some rest,and smile.this was my third time ,the first two times was. Great except today ,like I said the male server was not in par ,lf I go there again see a dirty server I would leave.is hard to find some person to represent your place.good luck.

The meat is so good. Tender and wonderful seasonings. The portions are large as well. The wine and beer selection is very good for a restaurant of this size. The staff was friendly and service was pretty quick. I always enjoy coming back to this place.

Noras Kabob is one of the best places in the area. Consistently good for lunch, even better for dinner. We have been there many times, and have never left disappointed. The cocktails are a little bit of a surprise- very nice. Plus, I'm hooked on the rice pudding. The grilled fish are nice. BTW, I still miss their old place in Normandy Shopping Center. That was also very good, but completely different.

Falafel is amazing! We have loved everything else we have tried as well.

Awful customer service. I ordered a surprise lunch to be delivered to my parents for their anniversary through Uber Eats. After they didn't receive their food for over an hour after the expected delivery time, I called Noras Kabob. Noras said that because they didn't have one of the items on my order, a small lentil soup, they cancelled the whole thing! They did this just an hour before the scheduled delivery and they DID NOT CALL me to let me know. Had they called to let me know, we could have handled the situation. Instead, I am very disappointed with this restaurant and would not recommend. The food is fine, but don't expect anything special from the staff.

Great people, great food! Do yourself a favor and get the merza- an roasted eggplant dip with tomato and garlic... Wow!!!

Notas kabob & Catering was outstanding, my husband and I celebrated our birthday party at Hysteria and had it catered by Noras, the food was perfectly cooked, very tasty, the variety was great and all of our guess comments were great

Very nice mom and pop restaurant in Ellicott city. Their salad, cornish hen and baba ghanoush are the best that you can find in Maryland. Also try the Armenian wine for the semi sweet flavors.

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the area. It is small with just a few tables but the decor is nicely appointed and elegant.

This was the best Persian kabob I've ever had at a restaurant. Juicy, not overcooked, and perfectly prepared. The dinner for two is a great deal and fed the whole family.

Great menu. They have an interesting selection of appetizers, main courses and wonderful desserts. My kabobs were delicious the service was very good.

Wow! We love this restaurant and would recommend to anyone. We also had Nora's cater our wedding and everyone loved the food. Sevi is great to work with--- very helpful and overall great guy. He did deliver the food a earlier than we were expecting, but the food was still hot when guests arrived so everything worked out. The food is amazing and Sevi is great to work with. Also, he will give you various options that are more affordable than many catering companies. And ten times more delicious!

Lamb Burger is the best burger I’ve ever eaten, amazing lunch special on Wednesdays.

First time coming here. Went with friends and we all loved the food. The octupus tail was amazing. My lamb kabobs were tender and cooked perfectly. Everything we ordered was delicious. And to top it off, the service was phenomenal. Our waiter took special care of us. Will def return!

Very delicious Lamb kabobs. Also I got the pick 3, and the smoked eggplant was a Wow! It was really good. I don't live in the area but if I did I would definitely go back. We went on a Saturday for lunch and even though the place was almost full the food service was quick.

The service was really good and so was the food. It also has a nice warm feeling to it. I would recommend you to go during not-so-rush hours for a nice lunch or dinner.

Spicy chicken and coconut shrimps were great! The pita bread sucks though. I have ordered from Nora's twice and both times the pita tasted like a dried out yoga mat. Please Nora, bake your pita yourself or find a new bakery to purchase it from. This would be 5 stars if it was not for the pita.

The serving size is small. And it certainly doesn't compete with the heavyweights in it's category like some other Indian and Afghani restaurants I've been too. I know you're thinking, this is a Persian restaurant, but there is definitely some geographical overlap in cuisine by which I can judge their food. Bottom line is: my taste buds don't lie.

This place is tiny but great. I am not usually a fan of eggplant but the roasted eggplant dip was really good. Both the lamb chops and seafood we had were awesome. We went for restaurant week and did the price fix menu. The portions were generous. The rice pudding is amazing, according to my husband it’s almost as good as his Greek aunt’s, which is a very high compliment. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we had fantastic service!

Ordered the family of 5 dinner. Food was delicious but I thought the kabob portions were small. Only looked like 3 entrees worth of meat. Not worth the price. Will consider getting the entrees next time.

Food was delicious! Meat was cooked just right. Rice was soft but not overcooked. Spices were on point. Would definitely recommend. Plan on returning many times over!

Some really good offerings although alittle pricy. Everything was fresh and delicious Portion sizes were alittle large and wait timed were kinda long.

Great experience tonight at Nora’s. On line ordering and payment with Curb side pick up was just expertly done. And the food was AMAZING ! We got a combination family style meal that was great and very generous . We will definitely go back. Try Nora’s you won’t be disappointed.

While small in size and located in a strip mall setting, this place is a gem. The wait staff is excellent and well informed, and they have daily specials that keep things fresh. The falafel gyro is very good; the lamb even better. Check it out!
